Lift Me UP and up and up!

Today was a very productive day. I attempted my first video tutorial on how to make a couple cards. I finagled with the camera and the tripod. Fussed with the lighting.  Had to organize my supplies for making the card I selected. Even had to shoo away 2 boys that thought it was funny that mom was talking to her self!  But in the end I did it. I did one longer video (with many interruptions) and one simpler smaller video.  So there, that part is done. Now I have to figure out how to get that from my camera to be edited and eventually uploaded and all the fun that goes with that. Maybe I'll leave that for a second day.

Onward and Upward

There is this beautiful stamp set that Stampin Up release this past year called Lift Me UP (142896). I decided to arrange a few cards using this set and also using a designer paper series (dsp) that will be retiring on May 31st 2017.  I was very pleased with the results. I made a simple card and progressed to more detailed cards. Eventually making a peekaboo card. OH So Cute! but it was a bit confusing in the beginning. I even add a scrapbook page in the mix as well.

i think its so cute how the clouds and balloon just pop up off the page.
